Jesse Long has over four years experience in the hospitality software industry before joining RezStream’s technical support team.  Jesse has traveled to over 20 states nationally and five countries internationally to implement and present training classes to a variety of factions within the hospitality industry.  Jesse’s prior experience also supported a diverse and highly configurable property management system application that included functionality with handling hotel, condominium, timeshare, and vacation rental business models.

Jesse studied computer science at Western Wyoming Community College and received his qualification as an A+ Certified Computer Technician. 

Jesse is a motivated technology professional who takes pride in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex support issues, enjoys building and maintaining new and existing client rapport, as well as promoting a positive, productive, and synergistic work environment.  He strives to provide the highest level of service that begins with the implementation life cycle and continues throughout his relationship with the client.
