William Randol

Senior Technical Support Specialist

William Randol is a senior technical support specialist for RezStream and has been helping our hospitality industry customers since 2002.  William is greatly experienced in helping businesses that use RezStream in applications that best suit their needs.  Will has also helped in updating the RezStream online calendars, the implementation and maintenance of new customer websites, emails, booking engines, and software accounts.

William studied Interactive Media Design at the Art Institute of Colorado and is an A+ Certified Computer Technician.  William also served four years in the United States Army.

William has vast computer knowledge and has the ability to explain how RezStream systems function in ways that are easily understood, even by those with no technical experience.  His creativity and practicality have helped numerous customers overcome the challenges of learning and implementing new software systems.
