Hospitality call accounting system and phone call tracking solutions
Call accounting software allows businesses to track customer phone calls (and charges) made from phones located anywhere at the property. Hotels often use call accounting software to track phone calls made in guest rooms and to assign monetary charges for customer billing purposes. Businesses who do not own this software must purchase both call accounting module and our External Posting Link if they wish to track phone data.
The RezStream "External Posting Link" is an add-on module that transfers call information (number dialed, duration of call, cost, etc.) from existing call accounting software, directly into RezStream Professional customer invoices. RezStream Professional users who already own a call package will need to purchase our External Posting Link if they wish to link their existing system to RezStream Professional.
If you do not currently own a call system, RezStream also has a preferred software vendor relationship with RSI. RSI has been designing and selling call systems since 1990. We have worked with them to create a version of Shadow CMS by RSI that links to RezStream Professional without having to purchase the External Posting Link.
