The new website RezStream developed for The Queen Victoria Bed and Breakfast in Cape May, New Jersey, was designed to entice visitors to view more of its web pages, compel potential guests to stay on the site longer, and facilitate any online reservation experience.
After launching the unique website for The Queen Victoria in March 2006, website activity revealed a significant return on investment this past year due to an audience appealing website and an aggressive online marketing plan created and executed by RezStream.
The Queen Victoria Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Historic Cape May, New Jersey. Minutes from beaches, antique shopping, and popular Cape May attractions, The Queen Victoria’s décor matches its physical surroundings with period antiques and New England charm. Accommodations include 32 romantic rooms and suites with in-room bathrooms, picturesque porches, and a relaxing parlor perfect for a comfortable Cape May getaway.
RezStream redesigned the QueenVictoria.com website to highlight the property’s amenities, location, authentic décor and guest services, without sacrificing the website’s functionality. RezStream’s goal was to increase reservation revenue by increasing the website conversion percentage, average time on site, and average page views. Keeping these factors in mind during the website re-development, RezStream documented an immediate increase in all of the above objectives soon after the website was launched, with significant returns found in the reservation revenue and conversion percentage categories.
RezStream has also implemented a strategic marketing and promotions package for The Queen Victoria, which has consistently improved organic search engine listings, converted pay per click marketing efforts, and improved conversion percentages in local lodging and bed and breakfast directories.
