Q. With so many Guest Tracker users, why discontinue the sales and support of Guest Tracker products?
A. Because of its older programming platform, Guest Tracker products are increasingly incompatible with newer Microsoft operating systems and some hardware devices such as printers.

Q. I am a current Guest Tracker user.  What are my options?
A.
You may use Guest Tracker as long as it continues to work on your existing computers. If you are a Guest Tracker 3.5 customer you will also be able to receive unlock codes as needed.

Q. How do I upgrade to RezStream Professional?
A. We have made the transition between the products as simple as possible and most Guest Tracker data can be transferred directly into the RezStream Professional by using our free Conversion Wizard. Q. Will RezStream provide future maintenance releases for Guest Tracker products?
A. The final version of Guest Tracker is version 3.5, which was released early in 2003. There are no newer versions available.

Q.  Why should I upgrade from Guest Tracker to RezStream Professional?
A.   Because RezStream is written in a newer programming language, we can keep RezStream compatible with the rapidly changing world of technology. RezStream has many features not found in Guest Tracker and future releases of RezStream Professional will incorporate even more Guest Tracker features, in addition to numerous other software enhancements.
