The RezStream challenge for Cabot Shores was to create a new website that is unique, will compel visitors to view more pages, and make more reservations online. RezStream is also implementing an aggressive website promotion plan that will significantly increase online revenue.
Cabot Shores Four Season Adventure & Retreat Center is located off the Atlantic coast in Nova Scotia, Canada. This 55-acre private sanctuary, on the famous Cape Breton Cabot Trail, boasts six oversized rooms in the newly built lodge along with four secluded chalets. Outfitted with modern conveniences and eco-friendly accommodations, Cabot Shores is the perfect choice for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.
The website redesign for Cabot Shores will focus on organizing the property’s features on the website to highlight services and amenities for better user functionality, as well as ease of navigation for the searcher. RezStream’s goal is not only to increase reservations, but drive traffic to the website, keep potential guests on the site longer, bookmark the Cabot Shores website page, and have visitors return to the site. The current website design is under performing below industry average in areas of online reservations, unique visitors, pages views, average time on page, and potential customer inquires from the website.
RezStream is in the process of upgrading Cabot Shores’ property management software to RezStream Professional and adding the RezStream Booking Engine, which integrates with the Global Distribution System to enable real-time, confirmed online bookings 24/7. RezStream is also completely redesigning the Cabot Shores website (see new design below), along with implementing an innovative online marketing plan that incorporates search engine optimization, pay per click marketing, and email marketing. RezStream will then be able to track, test, and compare website performance to monitor increased traffic and online bookings.
