The objective for RezStream is to create a new website for Dolphin Cove Inn in Manzanillo, Mexico, which highlights the stylish laid back atmosphere, simple elegance, and unique Mexican Riviera location. The refreshed Dolphin Cove Inn website also emphasizes the property’s comfortable accommodations and extensive local attractions. Although the property is currently using RezStream to achieve an updated identity, Dolphin Cove Inn has been a RezStream client since October 2005.
RezStream created a unique website for Dolphin Cove Inn to compel visitors to view more web pages, entice them to make reservations online, and accentuate the beauty and desirable location of the property and its surrounding area. This was accomplished through a content rich website design to draw attention to the comprehensive offerings of this intimate inn. RezStream also put into action an updated aggressive website promotion plan.
Dolphin Cove Inn is nestled on the hillside overlooking the blue turquoise waters of Manzanillo Bay in the Mexican Riviera. The inn is located on the exclusive Santiago Peninsula, which boasts tropical vegetation, enchanting architecture, and sandy beaches. The inn features a variety of 38 oversized suites, each with their own private balcony or terrace and all with majestic views. Dolphin Cove Inn, as a small and welcoming hotel that specializes in personalized service, is the ideal choice for a Mexican Riviera vacation.
RezStream has redesigned the website for Dolphin Cove Inn to focus on bringing the property’s incredible views, superior hospitality, and area attractions to the forefront. The goal of RezStream’s Dolphin Cove Inn website is to persuade visitors to explore little-known Manzanillo via RezStream’s web presentation. The current Dolphin Cove Inn website needs improvement in overall navigation functionality and needs enhanced organization of the property’s accommodation choices. The ultimate purpose of the redesigned website is to increase online reservation revenue for Dolphin Cove Inn.
The new Dolphin Cove Inn website went live in April 2007. Since that time and since the new RezStream marketing plan was implemented, Dolphin Cove Inn has experienced a drastic increase in the number of online reservations, unique visitors, page views, average time on page, and potential customer inquires from the website.
