ADDITIONAL FEATURES in RezStream Professional 2008.9.14:
- RezStream Professional has also been updated to automatically receive online gift certificates. Online gift certificates can be viewed within RezStream Professional from your normal booking engine menus. If you process payments within RezStream Professional, you may also take payments for gift certificates directly within RezStream Professional.
- RezStream has also significantly improved the booking engine performance, fixed a number of browser-specific display issues, and addressed other minor booking engine bugs.
- The email confirmation letter has been enhanced for Global Distribution System (GDS) reservations to provide more information about all GDS reservations. Confirmation letters have been completely reformatted to ensure that you receive the most reservation information possible.
- Take advantage of the new “fairness booking” feature within RezStream Professional. Choose between 30 day and yearly fairness options under Tools > Configure > Functionality. Once this feature is activated, you may use the List Reservation feature within RezStream Professional to instantly view the least booked units and also see the exact number of times a unit has been reserved for the time period your select. This feature is perfect of anyone who has to rotate bookings to ensure a more equitable distribution of reservations.
- Other property management features have been improved. You may now add notes to owner statements. In addition, you can also choose from six new options to hide out-of-service rooms, or other key items, from owner statements.
- New search capabilities have been added from the Select Names screen to quickly search by duplicate records, inquires, and much more.
- An expanded RezStream Professional Help File can now be accessed! RezStream is pleased to announce a completely new help file system, which is Vista compatible. This help file took over one year to write and includes items that were not covered in the old help file. To access the RezStream Professional Help File, go to Help > Help from the top menu bar in RezStream Professional.
