The objective for RezStream is to create an updated website for MarysLakeLodge.com as the property has recently re-branded itself as an Estes Park resort rather than just a lodge. RezStream has now focused its efforts on emphasizing the benefits of resort-style services and amenities. Although the property is currently using RezStream to achieve an updated identity, Marys Lake Lodge and Resort has been a RezStream client since November 2005.
RezStream and Marys Lake Lodge and Resort have teamed up to create a new and impressive website to showcase the property as a resort. The resort has enlisted RezStream’s in-house professional photographer, a specialist in lodging photography, to emphasize the property’s trademark superior accommodations and services. RezStream concentrated its marketing efforts on highlighting the property’s lodging choices, conference center, spa, wedding services, and special event capabilities. This attention to the variety of services offered at Marys Lake Lodge and Resort has captured the resort feel to website visitors.
Marys Lake Lodge and Resort is nestled on the Eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains in Estes Park, Colorado at the base of Rams Horn Mountain. The property has been restored to its original grandeur with suites in the main lodge, which include sitting rooms and private baths. Luxurious private condos are also available, many of which are newly constructed and include private hot tubs. Marys Lake Lodge and Resort also features fine dining, live music, a world-class spa and salon, and a recently added outdoor heated swimming pool.
Along with the new website design, RezStream also implemented an aggressive search engine optimization strategy to include Estes Park resorts within its marketing plan. This is the second website RezStream has developed for the Marys Lake property and is part of a long-term marketing strategy to continually improve online reservation revenue, maintain a fresh website look and feel, and bring the highest quality service to its clients.
RezStream launched the new website for MarysLakeLodge.com in late April and is closely monitoring traffic volumes and conversion percentages since implementation.
