Utilizing Custom Note Fields








Did you know that you could create up to six custom note fields within RezStream Professional that not only print on all occupancy reports, but can also be utilized with guest correspondence? You may even use these custom note fields in conjunction with the RezStream Booking Engine to collect special guest data during the last step of the online reservation process, which will then transfer directly back into RezStream Professional each time a guest makes a reservation on your website.

An important new release for RezStream Professional!

In March 2007, RezStream will release a new update to RezStream Professional that will feature our long awaited restaurant point of sale integration module.  If you are a property that has a restaurant or gift shop, and you are currently using a separate point of sale system, you will soon be able to electronically transfer guest restaurant charges directly into RezStream Professional.  We are also adding a new credit card processing gateway.

Although travel-savvy consumers understand the differences between these two concepts by virtue of hands-on usage, RezStream realizes that many property owners are unclear about the differentiation.
