What's new in RezStream Professional 2006.0.0?

Daily Reservation Screen: Print the Wait List from the Reserve by Day screen by going to Tools > View Wait List on the top toolbar. Visually enhance group reservations on the Daily screen by assigning unique colors to each group reservation.

Hourly Reservation Screen: Add packages to hourly reservations by clicking the Edit Invoice Option icon at the top of the screen, or right click this choice on an existing hourly reservation. Add one or more packages from the new Packages Tab on the Edit Invoice screen. As well, you may now check people in, print letters, print registration cards, print invoices, and record transactions by left clicking on existing hourly reservations and using the new icons at the top of the screen or by right clicking these same choices on any existing hourly reservation.

Point of Sale Screen: Additional icons at the top of the Point of Sale screen allow users to perform more routine tasks directly from this screen. A new icon permits users to completely "Destroy" an invoice. Check people in or out, and view "no shows", by clicking on the new round button near the bottom of the screen. Print any list generated from the Point of Sale screen. To print a list, make a selection (Arrivals), and then click the "Print List" button near the bottom right side of the screen. We have also added the ability to add multiple packages from the Edit Invoice feature. Add multiple packages to one invoice. Add packages with start and end dates but no unit assignment. This feature is perfect for selling fishing trips, special trips, and other custom packages. To create packages, go to Tools > Unit and Rate Setup > Packages. Soon, we will add new letter codes so that special packages can be included in selected correspondence.

Gift Certificates: Print a receipt after selling a gift certificate. Utilize the convenience of being able to search by gift certificate redeemer.

Contact Data Screen: View and edit payments from the new Payments Tab located on the bottom right side of the Contact Data screen. Edit payments without having to reverse them. Edits will now be hidden on the customer invoice. (Customers who use our real-time credit card processing feature will not be able to edit online payments. Live credit card payments must be refunded to be changed.) Former Guest Tracker users will appreciate six user-defined invoice fields for tracking specialty invoice information. These fields may have custom labels assigned in Tools > List Edit > Labels. There are also six new letter codes for printing special invoice information in letters. Search by these data fields from the Select Names screen. A delete button has been added to the Contact Log tab. You can now delete saved correspondence. (To turn on auto correspondence save, go to Tools > Configure > Functionality > Auto Save.) Finally, we have added a new Destroy Invoice icon on the top right side of the Contact Data screen. This feature completely destroys an invoice, with any of its recorded payment information, for users with 9-10 access level.

Select Names Screen: Several new search codes have been added to the Select Names screen. There are now codes for all six user-defined invoice fields. There are also new searchable codes for number of nights stayed, number of stays, and unit stayed in.

Reports Screen: We have added three new Booking Engine Reports for our Booking Engine clients. These reports are located on the right hand side of the Reports screen.
