ENHANCED FEATURES now found in RezStream Professional 2006.2.0
Daily Reservation Screen: Click on the Add New Reservation icon to reserve multiple units, or to combine unique rental units (such as rooms and boats), more quickly. Select unlimited units by business groups, rate types, amenities, unit capacity, or unit type colors. Double click on units to select them or use the new special selection tools to choose multiple units sequentially or by random order. Apply global rate discounts by desired rate, percentages, or rate discount amount. Create single invoices or group reservations in seconds! This new feature will save time for businesses that have multiple rental unit reservation needs or diverse rental items that need to be combined on single invoices. We have also added this same functionality to the Contact Data Screen and Point of Sale Screen for customers who prefer to make reservations from those screens!

Contact Data Screen: We have expanded the size of the Contact Data Screen so that it now fits 1024 by 768 screen resolutions or higher. The Contact Data Screen now displays more important reservation information all in one location! All previous stay data (arrival date, departure date, unit assignment, and confirmation numbers) now displays without selecting previous invoices. See at a glance check-in or check-out status and all posted financial data. Customize invoice tabs (Tools>List Edit) to increase the length of invoice tab labels up to 15 characters! The payment tab will also display the credit card authorization number if you are using our credit card processing module. Utilize another new tool bar icon for making multiple daily reservations.
Note: RezStream clients using 800 by 600 screen resolution will need to change their screen resolution to at least 1024 by 768 to take advantage of these new features. Right click on your desktop and choose Properties>Settings to increase your screen resolution. You may also need to change your resolution setting in RezStream Professional. Go to Tools>Display Options>View Options. Set both settings to “auto.”

Revenue Accounts
This new feature has been added for users who need to track revenue by special revenue accounts. Go to Tools>Unit and Rate Setup>Revenue Accounts to create new revenue accounts. You can then assign daily or hourly rental units to different revenue accounts. Assign individual point of sale items to different revenue accounts. Access the new Revenue Account report in the Point of Sale folder on the Reports screen to view revenue by account information.

Multiple Deposit Payments
We have added a new double deposit feature for businesses that require two deposit payments. Many resorts and condo rental businesses take a payment at the time of reservation but also require a second deposit payment at a later date. Go to Tools>Unit and Rate Setup>Revenue Accounts and Deposits to configure your due dates and deposit amounts. You may edit deposit due dates within the Contact Data Screen on the Payments tab. There are also new letter codes for first and second deposit amounts and due dates. Old deposit codes will continue to function, but we recommend changing to the new codes. If you only take a single deposit, simply use the first deposit option and ignore the second one.
