ENHANCED FEATURES now found in RezStream Professional 2006.5.1:
New Reserve by Day Print Chart Options
You may now print the Reserve by Day screen by one-week view, two-week view, or monthly view. To select the option that is best for your property, click on the Print Chart icon at the top of the Daily screen and select the desired start date and chart option.
Custom Envelope Design
Go to Tools>Letter Design to create and customize envelopes for printing purposes. Add graphics, customize fonts and font sizes, and more. Click on the new envelope option to create unique envelope print options. The default print location is right feed. To adjust envelopes for left feed printers, adjust the print format to top left. For center feed machines, center all information. For unique envelope sizes, go to File>Page Setup>User Defined. You may also do a mail merge to custom envelopes from the Select Names screen.
Select Printer Tray Option
When printing letters, custom invoices, gift certificates, and custom envelopes, you may now select a specific printer tray before printing. This new feature makes it easier to print gift certificates and other specialty print items. Simply select the print letter option from any screen within the program. Click on drop down list options at the top of the edit letter screen to print multiple copies or select specific printer tray options.
Greater Flexibility in Creating New Unit Rates and Deleting Old Unit Rates
Go to Tools>Unit and Rate Setup>Unit Rates to access the new Copy Seasons Wizard. This feature makes it a snap to create and copy any seasonal rates to specific unit rate plans or all unit rate plans. Pinpoint control allows you to choose between global settings and unique rate plans or rate names. In addition, you may also delete old unit rate seasons. This unique feature is perfect for businesses with many seasonal rates that need to update rates frequently.
New Custom Invoice Field Print Options
There are six custom invoice fields for entering special data related to reservations. These six custom invoice fields are on the bottom right side of the Contact Data screen under the Details tab, unless you have previously renamed this tab. You may easily give these six custom fields unique names under Tools>List Edit>Labels. In addition, these six custom fields will now print on ALL occupancy reports if there is any data in these fields.
New Daily Reservation Reports
We have added two new daily reservation reports styled after similar reports in Guest Tracker. Retrieve multiple day arrival information on a single page that includes key arrival information as well as check-in status, customer notes, and more. A second daily reservation report displays package items and point of sale items. Know instantly which guests need specialty items upon their arrival! Access these reports through Reports Screen>Occupancy>Daily Reservations>Notes and Additional Items. Both reports are ideal for properties that need to see multi-day arrival information in a concise manner and for properties that need to track package items and other sales items for incoming guests.
New RezStream Booking Engine 3.0
We recently released our brand new RezStream Booking Engine 3.0 combining increased performance and tighter integration with RezStream Professional. For example, you may now add up to six custom data fields to the final step of the online reservation process and that information will be transferred directly into the custom fields within RezStream Professional.
