RezStream Professional 2007 Update
Latest Version: 2007.5.5
If you are on a version of RezStream Professional that is older than 2006.2.4, and you have any probems updating please call us at 303-872-0220.
It is extremely important to make sure all other computers on your network have exited RezStream before running the update.
This update may also take longer to open than usual the first time you open it after the update. This is because we will be updating your credit card encription to add even more security for your customer's information.
DO NOT CLOSE THE PROGRAM UNTIL THE UPDATE HAS FINISHED.
Instructions 2006.0.5 and higher.
Determine what version of RezStream Professional you are currently using.
- Open RezStream Professional
- At the top of your screen find and click on "Help"
- Find and click on "About"
- Look for the version number on the left side of the box that appears. (i. e. v2006.0.5)
- At the top of your Reserve By Screen Click on Help>Support>Download
RezStream Update. - When the download is complete please close RezStream Professional and
make a backup. Then follow all the prompts that appear. -
Make sure that RezStream is closed on all other computers.

Open RezStream on the server. Make sure it is on the current version. (It should say 2007.5.5 under Help>About.)

Open RezStream on the other computers and they should say that a newer version exists. Follow the prompts but make sure the install location point to the machine you are currently on, not the server. (Example: C:\Program Files\RezStream) Not, \\Server\RezStream.

Also when the RezStream Reports update is running, make sure you keep the \Reports at the end.
(i.e. C:\Program Files\RezStream\Reports)
