Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any RezStream product, please contact us and we try our best to resolve the problem. If you are still not satisfied, the product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.*

*Less a $25.00 handling/restocking fee. Products/hardware must be received by our office within 30 days from purchase date to qualify for a refund.

Terms and Conditions
RezStream warrants physical disks to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Damaged disks will be replaced, if RezStream is notified within the 60 day warranty period of any defects in materials and workmanship.

The above warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, express, or implied. RezStream specifically excludes all implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

RezStream shall not be liable with respect to the SOFTWARE or otherwise for special incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall liability for any reason and upon cause of action whatsoever exceed the purchase price of the SOFTWARE.

You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer our computer programs to another party.

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
