When planning your next vacation or event in Colorado, Aspen Lodge Ranch Resort and Conference Center in Estes Park is a full service four-season resort just 70 miles west of Denver International Airport. The property provides the perfect home base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park as well as the various recreational opportunities at the resort and of the surrounding area. The resort sits on 85 acres of mountain meadows, evergreen forests, and quaking aspen trees—perfect for available horseback riding, mountain biking and hiking. There is even a mountain lake on the property for fishing and boating. On site guests can access tennis, racquetball, fitness training, a sauna and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Outdoor winter activities include cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ice-skating. The lodge itself has the distinction of being the largest freestanding log structure in Colorado with 36 newly remodeled rooms to choose from. All rooms have either a walk-out balcony or patio that showcase the view of Twin Sisters peaks or the west side of Longs Peaks, one of Colorado’s most famous 14,000 foot mountains. If you would rather relax in a charming alpine cabin, there are 23 unique choices available that vary in décor and range in size from one to three rooms. All cabins come standard with mountain views. Individuals, families and groups are all welcome at the resort and the property lends itself perfectly for weddings, reunions and conferences. Packages for each type of event are available. Rounding out the amenities at the resort is Aspen Grill & Ten Bears Saloon, which offers a creative menu and extensive wine, beer and spirits list.
