Kennicott Glacier Lodge is a premier Alaskan wilderness destination retreat located in the heart of Wrangell-St. Elias National Park in the National Historic District of Kennicott, Alaska. Built in 1987, Kennicott Glacier Lodge is a replica of one of the mining buildings from the copper mining boomtown days of 1900. The Main Lodge has 25 guest rooms, a dining room, two living rooms, and a 190-foot long front porch with a panoramic view of the Chugach and Wrangell Mountains. Kennicott Glacier Lodge is a must visit for outdoor enthusiasts, with area activities such as glacier and alpine hiking, flight seeing, river rafting, and mountain biking. Guests can explore Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, stroll through Kennicott Ghost Town, and visit the McCarthy mining community, just five miles down the road.

RezStream created a unique website for Kennicott Glacier Lodge to compel visitors to view more web pages, entice them to make reservations online, and accentuate the beauty and desirable location of the property and its surrounding area. This is accomplished through content rich website design to draw attention to the myriad of guest activity choices in this isolated section of eastern Alaska. RezStream redesigned the website for kennicottlodge.com to focus on bringing the property’s relaxing accommodations, superior hospitality, outdoor activities, and local attractions to the forefront. The goal of RezStream’s Kennicott Glacier Lodge website is to entice and compel visitors to explore little-known Kennicott via its web presentation as well as to increase online reservation revenue. RezStream’s average client website conversion rate is around 5% while industry averages run 1 to 2%.
