Seymour Lodging, the skier’s alternative to lodging in Summit County, Colorado, is a vacation rental property management company in the heart of Colorado’s ski country. The company manages over 70 Keystone ski area rental choices as well as options near Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Dillon and Frisco. All properties allow easy access to the area’s six ski areas and provide the perfect home base for year round vacation fun. If skiing isn’t your passion, there’s golf, hiking, rock climbing, cycling, rafting, canoeing, sailing, dining and shopping. Seymour Lodging also offers equipment rental assistance; lift tickets, buying groceries to stock your rental and will also deliver prepared meals.
About The Project
The current website for Seymour Lodging is not only long overdue for a re-design, but has been under performing in terms of website traffic. The number of unique visitors, page views, time spent on pages, and inquires from the website are currently below industry average. Seymour Lodging also hopes to increase online reservations by adding a booking engine and website promotion plan. Because of Seymour Lodging’s unique rental inventory and high average daily and weekly rates, there is a significant opportunity to increase revenue and occupancy levels by implementing new marketing and website design strategies.
RezStream is in the process of upgrading the property management software at Seymour Lodging’s corporate offices and redesigning the Seymour Lodging website. The RezStream Booking Engine will be installed on the website to enable real-time confirmed online bookings 24/7. RezStream will also implement a new online marketing plan to increase website traffic, monitor traffic, and ultimately increase Seymour Lodging’s online client base and offline reservation revenue.
