Two weeks ago, we had a great time attending the Southern California Hotel & Lodging Conference!
Held at Pacific Palms Resort, this conference covered a variety of trending topics related to hoteliers and the lodging industry. There were sessions on finance, reviews, social media, and more. We were lucky enough to host two roundtable discussions where we showed attendees how to improve their property’s website and how to increase revenue through a variety of channels.
Our roundtable attendees appreciated being shown the free tools available to evaluate their website’s speed and mobile-friendliness. We also got a lot of questions relating to remarketing and how to set up campaigns and costs associated with this type of advertising.
Besides evaluating a current website, we got asked about pricing for new, responsive sites. Obviously a website will vary in price depending on how customized it is, but we recommended taking a look at a solution like our TCMS that’s only $197 per month compared to a fully-custom site that could start around $6,000 just for the site and not including hosting or maintenance.
We were so happy we had the time to meet with our peers in our industry and say hello to a few clients from Pacific Palms Resort and The Groveland Hotel!
