The Client

Pacific Palms Resort provides a sunny and relaxing Southern California getaway in the shadow of the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains. Just 30 minutes outside of Los Angeles, the property’s hilltop location is home to close to 300 stylish hotel rooms and suites, two championship golf courses, two on-site restaurants, a day spa, and 45,000 square feet of IACC certified conference and event space. The resort’s guests come from all over the world and favor the dramatic setting, great food, and on-site activities during their stays for group events, weddings, and vacation getaways.

How success was ensured

As the hotel landscape expanded and the industry recovered beginning in 2009, Pacific Palms Resort found themselves in a position to broaden their marketing and sales strategy. Goals were to raise awareness and grow number of reservations from the Southern California market as well as increase bookings for group events, conferences, and weddings.
