How long is the demo?
Thirty minutes is what we block. If you want to keep going we’re happy to, and if you’ve seen enough at the fifteen minute mark we’ll give you your afternoon back.
Is this a sales pitch?
It’s a walkthrough. If rezStream isn’t right for your property we’ll say so on the call rather than chasing you for the next month.
Will I get a price?
Yes. Plans start at $95 a month and scale with your room or site count, so we need your size before we can give you a real figure. You’ll have it before the call ends.
Am I the right size for rezStream?
Most of our properties run somewhere between five and fifty rooms or sites, but that’s the typical range rather than a rule, and we have customers on both sides of it. Some of our longest-running ones are campgrounds and B&Bs run by two people. If your property isn’t a fit, we’ll tell you on the call instead of wasting an afternoon.
What does switching from my current system look like?
Onboarding covers your rates, units, email templates, OTA connections and staff training. Most properties are live within a few weeks, so you’re not rebuilding your whole setup over a weekend.
Can I bring someone else on the call?
Please do. Forward the calendar invite to your partner, your manager, or whoever else has to live with the decision.
