Do I have to attend the show to get a demo of rezStream?
No. You can request a demo of rezStream at any time, whether or not you are attending Great Stays of Texas. What is rezStream Cloud?
rezStream Cloud is a web-based property management system, or PMS, for independent lodging properties. It handles reservations, rates, guest records, housekeeping, payments, and reporting, and it includes a booking engine for your website plus connections to OTAs like Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, and Booking.com. Because it runs in a browser, you can open it from the front desk computer, a laptop at home, or your phone in the parking lot without installing anything.

Does rezStream connect to Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Expedia?
Yes. rezStream includes an integrated channel manager that syncs your rates, availability, and reservations with major OTAs including Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, and Booking.com. You can block dates or change a rate once inside rezStream and it pushes out to every channel you are listed on, which removes the double-booking risk that comes with managing each site separately.
Does rezStream come with a booking engine?
Yes. A mobile-friendly, ADA-accessible booking engine is part of rezStream Cloud, and it shows live availability pulled straight from your property management system. Guests book directly on your own website, which means you keep the full rate instead of handing a commission to an OTA. It also supports upsells like gift certificates and add-on rentals during checkout.
Can rezStream handle weekly rates and seasonal closings?
Yes, and this is one of the reasons independent properties end up with rezStream after outgrowing a generic hotel platform. rezStream supports Saturday-to-Saturday and Friday-to-Friday weekly stays, midweek and weekend pricing, shoulder season rates, minimum-stay rules, and closing the property entirely for part of the year. How hard is it to switch from my current system or a spreadsheet?

Can I buy just the software, or do I have to take the websites and marketing too?
The software stands on its own and plenty of customers use rezStream Cloud and nothing else. Websites and digital marketing are separate services you can add whenever it makes sense, or skip entirely. Nothing about the property management software changes if you never touch them, and you can start with the PMS today and revisit the rest in three years.
