Custom Booking Engine Fields

The online booking engine now allows you to create custom fields.  These fields can be toggled to be mandatory or optional.  Let’s say it’s important for your property to add a personal touch, so you want to gather the additional guest name.  Say you provide food and it’s imperative for you to know about allergies.  Maybe you have a limited number of parking spots and you need to know if someone will be parking on site.  Regardless of the information that is important to your business, you now can add these fields to the online booking engine.

We’ve also brought back the ability to track reservation source and reservation reason.  This was a popular feature with RezStream Professional and it’s now included in the Cloud and has the option to be displayed on the booking engine.
