Enhanced Contactless Check-In with Better Akia Arrivals Report

A while back we introduced a Contactless Check-In solution in conjunction with our partner Akia.com. 

Since then, we’ve heard from some of you that you need more data to build accurate and complete contactless check-in registration forms for your guests. This week, we released an updated integration report that includes many new fields which allow you to do just that. You can now choose from: 

  • Reservation Confirmation Number 
  • Invoice Number 
  • Unit Charges 
  • Resource Charges 
  • Package Charges 
  • POS Charges 
  • All Charges 
  • All Fees 
  • All Taxes 
  • Total with Tax and Fees 
  • Amount Paid 
  • Balance Due 

These new fields all tie back to the invoice for the person that is checking in, so they have the right context for their contactless check-in! We encourage you to contact your support rep over at Akia to take advantage of this new information!
