OTA Reservation Payment Information
With our consistent focus on improving your day to day efficiency, we now have the ability to pass credit card information from your OTA reservations to the Cloud PMS. This feature will save you time by removing the need to log into My Allocator to retrieve credit card information. If you’ve been using our channel manager connection, you’re familiar with taking the extra steps to retrieve credit card information. Those days are long gone!
What you need, in order to take advantage of this feature:
- My Allocator Channel Manager
- This connection enables the ability to retrieve credit card information from OTAs.
- This connection enables the ability to retrieve credit card information from OTAs.
- Shift4 Payment Gateway
- To ensure you are PCI compliant, as it relates to the transferring and storing of sensitive credit card information, you must be utilizing our connection to the Shift4 payment gateway.
